Have last years model of that camera. Its a decent camera. My wildgame innovations IR4 is a much better camera for the price IMHO. 2.0 megapix is not very high, but its not THAT big of a deal. Just depends how clear of a picture you want. The IR4 I got is 4.0 megapix and battery life has been really good and pictures are great (all the ones i have posted this fall are off that cam)

I have the wildview 1.3 megapixel regular flash camera. you can definitely tell its only 1.3 mp, but it works good. Higher mp are definitely better if you want to zoom in and judge racks, but if you are just trying to get an idea of whats out there, they work for that. The last two months I've had between 260 and 360 pictures per week and the batteries seem to last about a month.

Imo. i dont think mega pixals are all that important. you can tell whether or not you would take that buck, and get a rough score w/ 2 mega pixals. one thing that i do like is most of the cameras are coming w/ AA batteries. you can put lithiums in and last way longer and handle the extreme temp. changes.

I have two Hunten Outdoor cameras that I  bought  at scheels last year for $50 each. They are 3.0mp with infrared. They seem to work just fine, haven't had a problem with them yet.

I have two wildview cams.  My oldest is the 1.3 mp model.  It takes ok pics but gets triggered by almost every moving weed, leaf or twig.  I have a newer 4.0 IR and it takes a much clearer pic although the night pics are not that great.  I have 5 Moultries including two of the M80 mini cams.  Great night pics with the 80's.  Very bright.  Day pics are very clear too.  The Moultries have great battery life.  I am curious to see what the M80 battery life will be when I go for deer gun.  They will have been up for 30 plus days at that time.  Hopefully the new cams will have hundreds of pics of deer, yotes, coons, skunks, porky's and maybe even a "large yellow kitty"!
