The girls of the Dakotas invite you to the Fishing Buddy Girls Calendar.This 12 month (8.5 x 11) full glossy hunting and fishing calendar features six models from North Dakota and six from South Dakota wearing swimwear while holding their catch of the day in the Dakotas.

Each month of this hunting and fishing calendarfeatures a different model with a large picture and two smaller pictures along with a short bio editorial.The bottom page will include the days of the month with major holidays and a solunar table along with the exact best times to fish and hunt so anglers and hunters can plan the best possible days to plan an outing.
Do it for the cause as a portion of the proceeds will be used to benefit charity.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Mandan woman faces a child abuse charge after allegedly leaving her 4-month-old daughter at the home of a disabled woman who said she wasn't able to care for the child.


The Bismarck Tribune reports that 23-year-old Thisa Quick Bear was charged Monday with Class C felony abuse or neglect of a child.


Police say Quick Bear left her daughter with the disabled woman in Mandan on Saturday. Police say Quick Bear did not leave formula or diapers for the baby.


Police say the baby was wearing a towel and a grocery sack as a diaper.


The disabled woman did not have any formula in her house and told police she fed the baby sugar water and water mixed with coffee creamer while Quick Bear was gone for a day.

Seriously a grocery shack for a diaper???? leaving the kid with somone who cannot care for a child let alone themself.

I see this alot at my work. and it is disturbing how many times it happens. I have been there numerous times when Social services takes children away from parents. This is obviously a case where that should be considered.

I don't care who you are or where your from, if you bring a child into this world make sure you can take care of him or her. I don't even care if it costs me my money to help as long as its done, the kid didn't ask for this. he or she is innocent.

By meaning my money I mean the taxes and welfare. Somtimes people need it, but there are obviously way too many that abuse it.

regradless of race it happens all over the world, maybe instead of looking at the last name you should be thinking about the poor baby that had to live thier live like that, now maybe hopefully they can go to a home that is willing to love them and take care of them.  once again stop looking at the racial part of it and think about the babies needs first.

There is stupidity in all races (the above post does a good job of supporting that theory).

As for the original post, hopefuly if they don't take the baby right away they do inspections to ensure it is cared for.
