2012 Calendar Available Now!!


The girls of the Dakotas invite you to the Fishing Buddy Girls Calendar.This 12 month (8.5 x 11) full glossy hunting and fishing calendar features six models from North Dakota and six from South Dakota wearing swimwear while holding their catch of the day in the Dakotas.

Each month of this hunting and fishing calendarfeatures a different model with a large picture and two smaller pictures along with a short bio editorial.The bottom page will include the days of the month with major holidays and a solunar table along with the exact best times to fish and hunt so anglers and hunters can plan the best possible days to plan an outing.
Do it for the cause as a portion of the proceeds will be used to benefit charity.

Prairie Knights Casino Tourney Results

2010 Prairie Knights Casino Results

Update as of 9/15/10 
- Prairie Knights Casino wants all tourney anglers to know that they CAN drive their boats across from the Beaver Bay Landing the morning of the tourney. As of 9/15/10 all tourney anglers coming from Beaver Bay must have their boat inspected at the Beaver Bay Landing before coming to the Prairie Knights Casino Marina.  Prairie Knights Casino will have tourney staff at the Beaver Bay Landing at 6:30 a.m. central time.  

Anglers coming from Beaver Bay Friday evening for the rules meeting will be able to dock their boat at the Prairie Knights Casino Marina and take the casino van to the rules meeting.  It's recommended to be their by 5:30 p.m. to ensure you catch a ride to the rules meeting which starts at 7pm.  You may also utilize the Prairie Knights pontoon.  The recommended pick up time is 6pm from Beaver Bay with a return time of 9:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.  All times are Central. 

Due to increased tournament participants this was the best possible solution to let those coming from east river have a chance to fish the tournament. If you have questions, please call Prairie Knights Casino by using the contact info below. 


The Marina at Prairie Knights Casino & Resort's Walleye Tournament Saturday, September 18, 2010.

With a guaranteed $7,000 first place prize and the best Lake Oahe fishing conditions in years, avid anglers could be reeling i more than just fish at this year's walleye tournament!

A limit of 100 three-member teams will fish for the bragging rights and cash prizes.  The entry fee of $250 per team puts you in the hunt for the wily walleye, sauger or saugeye.  In addition to cash prizes, trophies will be awarded for first, second and third place.  Plaques will be awarded for the first, second and third largest walleye.

There's a mandatory pre-tournament rules and safety meeting at 7 p.m. on September 17 at the Prairie Knights Casino & Lodge Banquet Room.  Overnight accommodations are available in the Lodge, at RV sites at the Casino, or for tents or RVs at the Marina.

Looks like you guys were on the right fish for sure, highest place with the least amount of fish, should be worth something!!!!!!! Next year boys!!!!!

Thanks Eric, we sure were on the correct fish. We weighed 4 big ones and one 13 incher.  I was the captain of the ship, and I made some bad decisions that likely cost us a chance to win it.  We left our primary spot early, and stayed too long at spot #2, in the meantime our primary spot turned on....by the time we go back there it was too late to limit.  Bummer

Hind sight is always 20/20. Sometimes you got to gamble and swing for the fence by doing that it makes you a hero or a zero. Live and learn, you made the best call you all colud for the situation at the time. Next year!!!!!
