I'm starting an orchard and a garden but where i'm at the deer would eat my plants before they even had a chance to start. Anybody have any ideas where I could find some 60" or 72" high welded wire fence that is pretty reasonable for price? I have about 600' I need to run however everywhere I have looked is crazy expensive. I don't want to spend too much because once the trees are established I'm going to open them up to wildlife and discard of the fence. I already have the posts as i'm going to use 8' landscape timbers.

Any help or ideas would be great.

That fencing is pretty expensive. Every once in a while it will come up on a farm auction and you can buy it reasonable, but new it is spendy.
A cheaper option is to go with the electric fence poly "tape". You can buy it pretty reasonably, and it comes in a variety of widths that are easy to see.  Put up a couple strands and hook a fencer to it. The deer may hit it a couple times, but they will soon respect it. I recommend the tape over regular electric fence wire because it is much easier to see.

Here is a link to what I'm talking about. If you do some shopping, you could probably get it cheaper. I know places like TSC and Farm and Home carry it:
