The deer on the right has a weird story about it, My dad was hunting an area near a swamp when he said he shot this brute so we went looking and couldn't find it, a couple days later dad find this deer and calls me so I show up, go walking up to it, and said yep hes dead

lean down grab the horns and he stands up with me hahaha like what the hell !!!! scared the piss out of me, in the end he walked away to edge of the woods and layed down and went back to sleep never to get up again, when we gutted him he had no blood in him and was already all green in the inside, it was not pretty. he had a hole in the lower brisket. either way hell of a deer.

I shot a doe on Sat night, this is Sunday before we left camp.   SO anyways Sat night, everyone is out hunting besides me so I take the tour and see only a couple come abck to camp to find Mom having a hell of a time with lil one hahaha, So with about 30 miutes left of light I volunteer to throw her in the turck and off down the road we go.

She kept asking em if I had my gun with because we had seen quite a few deer and I had yet to shoot one, so I promised if we seen one I would shoot, so we drove past Chad as Kaitlynn was waving and screaming theres Chad!!!! yep I know. we turned down a road to the Hay fields lot of state land back there, more of trail than a road, well we run into a truck so I turn around and on the way out a flash of brown litterally jumps the hood of the truck, locked em up got the gun, jumped out into the brush , stopped the doe with some not so subtle mrrrrrr mrrrrrrrr mrrrrrrrs and to my surpirsie she stopped about 40 yrds intot he willows so I just had  a second to put a hole in her. Boom! doe drops, Kaitlynn yells from the truck "I didn't even cover my ears" hahaha was pretty funny. she was even there during the gut job though she mostly hid in the truck. But she sure was excited to say the least, running around camp when we got back telling everyone how Dad had shot a deer!

Mine always asks if I "caught" a deer...when I did I brought it back to the farm so she could watch me gut it...(she always holds the gut bag when I clean fish)...she's in Kindergarten and got to watch the whole process...showed her some vitals and she got a real kick out of the intestines..thought they were a bunch of noodles …I’m kind of thinking her class got an earful on Monday when we got back…

HAR!

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.
