Toby26 Joined: 07/28/2009 Location: ND	Just wondering if a person can register the day of...Tina and I are thinking of trying this out and didn't find any info in regard to my question on this. If not, how does a person know when the boat count is full or can shore fisherman still register after all boats have been registered? Any help or experience would be appreciated. Toby Mougey
